If this woman had not come forward to admit that she is the infamous woman seen on video, texting and falling into a well at a local mall. We would have never known that her name is Cathy Cruz Marrero, or that she has five felonies, and is out on bail, and like to steal people’s credit cards and but a ton of stuff…. wait what?!?…
