Yesterday, love was such an easy to game to play. Literally, because “Yesterday” songwriter and Beatle, Paul McCartney, and his bride, Nancy Shevell, got married in London.

Enjoying vegetarian food at the ceremony, Shevell wore a dress made by Paul McCartney’s celebrity designer daughter, Stella McCartney, and the happy couple were joined by friends such as Ringo Starr, Barbara Walters, Twiggy, and Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones.

Newlywed Paul McCartney sang Shevell’s favorite McCartney penned Beatles tune at the wedding, “Let It Be.” He also sang some other songs. While we don’t have the list, we can only speculate with our list of the Top 10 Paul McCartney Love Songs Perfect For His Wedding.
