A staple on almost every restaurants appetizer list – how about trying this one at home in the slow-cooker? Nancy Alden‘s cousin Meg shares her Artichoke Dip for the crock pot, and it’s today’s selection for our month-long Crocktoberfest!
Ingredients
- 3 cans (14 oz) water packed artichokes
- 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 bold dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
- Squeeze water from artichokes & mash with fork
- Mix with other ingredients
- Pour into crock pot
- Cook on low 30-45 minutes
- Serve with crackers or French bread
