Crocktoberfest: Cousin Meg’s Artichoke Dip

A staple on almost every restaurants appetizer list – how about trying this one at home in the slow-cooker? Nancy Alden‘s cousin Meg shares her Artichoke Dip for the crock pot, and it’s today’s selection for our month-long Crocktoberfest!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (14 oz) water packed artichokes
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 bold dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

  1. Squeeze water from artichokes & mash with fork
  2. Mix with other ingredients
  3. Pour into crock pot
  4. Cook on low 30-45 minutes
  5. Serve with crackers or French bread
