Where you live could determine how long you live, according to Place Matters, a nationwide initiative to improve health outcomes. There is a 24 year difference in life expectancy between two greater Cleveland neighborhoods, just a few miles apart.

Freddie Collier, Chief City Planner for the Cleveland Planning Commission divulges the two communities in Cuyahoga County with the biggest disparity in life expectancies. He is joined in this interview with Jim by Sandra Byrd Chappelle of Saint Luke’s Foundation, which is helping fund a speaker’s series at the City Club of Cleveland.
