March 1st I decided to start to get back on track. I started eating right, exercising and getting more rest. Here’s what my typical day looks like:
5:30 -Make breakfast for the boys and have coffee with Alan
7:40 – Take Tommy to school
Go to the grocery store and get whatever I plan to make for dinner
Have a greek yogurt, piece of fruit and a bottled water
Treadmill for 40 minutes at a speed of 3.2 to 3.5
Walk my 3 dogs
Do my household chores (endless!)
Lunch is usually a salad with tuna and a bottled water
Dinner is whatever I make the boys (Husband and son) I just eat less than I use to.
What I am doing wrong: The wrong shoes! Or lack thereof. I was told to go barefoot, that doesn’t work. I need to shop around for the right shoes, that’ll keep me on the treadmill longer.
Also, I have been told to put the treadmill on an incline, it’s bad to use it flat.
I have 10 pounds to lose, but those ten pounds don’t want to get lost!
