With Mother’s Day just a couple days out, I thought I’d help ya out with a quick recipe so easy to make you don’t need to worry about a mess in the kitchen or a ton of appliances.
Print this out and hand it to your kids.
It is the easiest banana bread recipe I have ever discovered and it is DELICIOUS.
Trust me, it will be a hit.
The beauty of this recipe is that you don’t need beaters or a blender or even anymore than a bowl and spoon – and the oven of course. Have a grown up pre heat it to 350.
3 Ripe Bananas – mashed
1 1/2 C Flour
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Beaten Egg
1/3 C Melted Butter
1 C Walnuts – chopped or whole (optional)
Mix all together with a spoon and pour into ungreased loaf pan.
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Walnuts – chopped.
Mix together and sprinkle on top of mixture, covering completely.
Bake for 1 Hr.
See. Easy. And TASTY.
WARNING: If you are on a diet, sorry to tell you, you will eat half of this in one sitting!
Try it out and let me know what you think.
