Now we know why the girls have gone wild.

A new study reaffirms the no brainer that women like sex more after a drink or two. Or three. Or four. And yet another study confirms that women want sex even more in the Spring.

Turns out, women respond to sunlight, specifically the Melanocyte Stimulating Hormones and the feel good Serotonin. Basically, sunlight steers the woman’s sex drive.

Once that drive is in play, alcohol works its magic, inhibiting behavior and relaxing the body. More than half of woman surveyed said they want to be at least tipsy when they have sex. Others want to be wasted. And a few won’t even consider hitting the sheets unless they’ve had a drink. Something to do with self esteem.

The men? They don’t need (or necessarily want) the alcohol at all and the guys tend to prefer sex in the fall. But, I’m going to take a wild guess here and say you won’t get rejected if you hit on him in May. Or June. Or January.
