On last night’s American Idol we said goodbye to Joshua Ledet and got our first look at who the final two are. We also lost the Queen of Disco yesterday Donna Summer at the age of 63.

Summer’s family confirms that she dies early yesterday, a public memorial will be Wednesday in Nashville. TMZ is reporting that the singer had lung cancer, from inhaling toxic particles during the September 11th attacks.

Summer was a five time Grammy Award winner.

Joshua Ledet was eliminated last night, the 20 year old will go back to Westlake LA. 21 year old Phillip Phillips and 16 year old Jessica Sanchez will face off next week and one will be crowned the new American Idol.

Russel Brand still loves Katy Perry, or at least that is what he said on yesterday’s Ellen Show. He also joked about the lovely breast feeding mother on the cover of Time.
