There are rumors flying everywhere regarding the divorce between Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. It is getting to keep everything straight!

In mid-June the couple were both in New York City, but Cruise stayed in a hotel while Holmes and daughter Suri stayed at TomKat’s apartment. However, Katie had purchased a new apartment in NYC. Katie did take Suri to Tom’s hotel to visit while he was in town. Was this a sign of things to come?

Fox News is reporting a weird bond between the number 33 and Cruise. All three of his wives have filed for divorce when they were 33. Suri his daughter with Holmes is 6, (3 + 3). There are even connections to Scientology.

Katie called the cops and hired a new staff of bodyguards (5-6 new “beefy men) because she says the Church of Scientology is watching her every move and are reporting her every move to Cruise. However, with Cruise out of the country filming a new movie, there was nothing the authorities could do. She fears that Cruise and the Church of Scientology may try to kidnap Suri. According to TMZ Holmes is worried Tom wants to send Suri away (without her parents) to a Scientology camp called Sea Org.

Many people are speculating that there was a five year contract for their marriage.

Katie apparently filed for divorce in New York for specific reasons as well. In New York, Katie has better luck winning sole custody of their daughter. New York judges typically do not like to give joint custody to parents who are unlikely to get along. However, if Cruise fights this, he is expected to, he may want to take it to the judicial system in California which usually favors joint custody.
