Have you seen this one yet?
A little girl in NYC crept out of her home onto the air conditioning unit – three stories up. And, like all little girls will do, she started dancing and playing.
Right about that time, Steve St. Bernard showed up on the scene, knowing someone would have to be there if (when) she fell.
A cell phone camera caught the whole thing on video. You can see Bernard moving in motion with the girl as she sways from side to side, and then both hitting the ground after he catches her from a thirty foot drop.
She’s doing fine. Bernard, who works as a NYC bus driver, tore a tendon in his arm – and says he’s “not a hero — anybody would have done it.” (Heroes always say that).
