Do you get a bonus in your paycheck at the end of the year?  Does your company throw a Christmas party?  Some lucky workers get both, but if you had to choose, which would you rather have, a bonus or a party?

A career site called Glassdoor surveyed 2,000 full-time workers and found only 73% chose the bonus.
