Let’s Get Cheesy!
Today is “National Grilled Cheese” Day. When I make a grilled cheese sandwich I use mayo instead of butter on the bread and my friend thought this was the strangest thing. With the mayo the bread doesn’t get greasy like it sometimes does with the butter and it crisps up nicely.
