Crock Pot is my best friend: first some of my tips: because I work full time I put the meat in frozen. My crock pot only has low & high no fancy smanchy timers I bought a timer plug that into the outlet then crock pot into the timer and set timer to start & stop according to the recipe The crock pot saves time and energy.
